We request your name, email, phone number, selected service and project message to respond to your enquiry. An industry name is also included when you submit from an industry page.

How submissions are handled

Your submission is processed by FormSubmit and emailed to admin@aurevixgroup.com with a copy to aurevixmainventure@gmail.com. FormSubmit may apply its own anti-spam and verification measures.

Spam protection

When reCAPTCHA v3 is enabled, Google checks browser interactions to help distinguish visitors from automated spam. Verification is checked by our server before your enquiry is sent. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

Booking a call

When you choose Book a call, Calendly loads the scheduling page and processes the details you enter there. Its booking availability, confirmation and privacy settings are managed through Calendly. The booking widget loads only when opened.

Country selection and appearance

When you view or open an enquiry form, your browser requests an approximate country from IPWHOIS.io using its IP address. Only the country choice is cached for this session. You can change it manually. The website stores your chosen appearance locally; a first visit always uses the light theme.

What to share

Please share only the details needed to discuss your project. Do not include passwords, payment information or sensitive documents in the enquiry form.

Questions and removal requests

To ask about an enquiry or request its removal from our records, email admin@aurevixgroup.com. This website adds no advertising cookies.
